Return Policy
Before ordering, please read our return policy carefully, once you complete your order, you agree to our return policy.
Within seven days, the contract shall be cancelled by returning the product or by a written notice, without explaining the reason and bearing any cost or consideration.
Within the appreciation period (including holidays) from 7 from the arrival date:
- If the product is missing or damaged, you are entitled to an unconditional return guarantee, but you need to keep the original packaging and accessories of the product and send it back completely.
- When handling return or exchange, the product(Combined products cannot accept individual returns)must be in the original state when you received the product(includes the product itself , accessories, gifts, warranty, all accompanying documents and original internal and external packaging... etc. ).
- Returns are required during the appreciation period. Please use the "Customer Service Contact Dialog Button" in the lower right corner of the "Home" to handle the follow-up return contact related matters. After the expiration date, you will not be able to enjoy the right to return.
How do I get a refund after I return it?
Cash on Delivery:
- Please provide us with the bank/post office account information, and the refund will be completed within 7~10 working days after receiving the returned item.
(The following information is required: bank name, branch name, account name, account number, and account copy)
Online swipe:
- After receiving the returned product, it will be refunded to the original credit card statement in 7~14 working days.
- Due to the different billing cycles of personal credit cards, please consult your card issuing bank for the working time after the refund has been made.
